As a young fellow Alan cleaned houses and helped his parents with their rental business in the 1950's and 1960's. Today, Alan Holden Vacations is the largest property Management Company in the Holden Beach area with over 300 rental units available. The reason for the success is the staff and their service provides in conjunction with the property owner.
