J. Alan Holden, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, RRS, BIC is the owner of Alan Holden Vacations, RE/MAX at the Beach, and other companies in the area. He holds the highest production award available through RE/MAX. Living over a half century on Holden Beach has given him respectful knowledge of the surrounding area.

Alan has been the highest producing individual RE/MAX agent in NC/SC for 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 among the 2800 agents. He finished #50 of over 103,000 RE/MAX agents in the world in 2004 and in the top 100 agents of the 114,000 RE/MAX agents in 2005. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has received the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. He also received the Carolina Regions Eagle Award in 2003 and 2005 representing the individual agent others aspire to be.
