After a 20 year career in the United States Navy, Mary Ann became a REALTOR in 1996. She served for 5 of those years as a Navy Recruiter and won a national award for “Recruiter of the Year”. Working as an on-site Sales Consultant at Ocean Ridge Plantation from 1996 until 2000, she helped many families discover and find their dream homesite or home. Mary Ann also worked for 2 of the largest National Builders, Centex Homes at Sandpiper Bay and Beazer Homes in New Jersey. She has consistently performed as a top sales person specializing in golf course homes and townhomes. As a Member of the builder’s association, Mary Ann received numerous awards for sales and marketing, and was recognized consistently as one of the top agents, with a volume of 23 million to nearly 28 million in sales annually.
