Maintenance & Staff
Our in-house maintenance, housekeeping, and reservation staff are on call 7 days a week to assist you and your guests with anything you might need. By using in-house staff for service calls, we are able to keep your costs as low as possible, allowing you to maximize your income. We also have an emergency line which responds to after-hours calls from both renters and homeowners.
As a treasured piece of your personal property and investment portfolio, you deserve honesty and transparency from your property manager. Our trained bookkeeping staff sends you monthly statements reflecting your income expenses, and remittance of the balance. Each January, homeowners receive a 1099 Income Statement for tax filing purposes as well as a summary of the rental income and expenses for the previous year.
